This is where Music comes to Life

Music Ministry at CTK

The music ministry of Christ the King Church leads the praise of Almighty God through song! We aim to foster a singing assembly at Mass through choirs and music presented with both skill and grace.

Talented singers and musicians are urged to offer their service in this ministry.  Participation requires an audition and is dependent upon a person’s ability and the needs of the various music groups.

Distinct choirs sing at three Sunday morning Masses – 7:30 Mass (Chant Choir); 9:00 Mass (Family Choir); 11:00 Mass (CTK Choir) — each led by music director Stephen Banyra.

A fourth group – Life Teen Choir, made-up of teenagers – sings at the Sunday 5:30 pm Mass under the direction of Matt Jeffries.
