Christ the King Council of Catholic Women (CCW)
Mission Statement
The Council of Catholic Women at Christ the King acts, through its members, to support, empower, and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership, and service. Our charitable works and programs respond with gospel values to the needs of our parish and community.
The objective of the council is to unite women of our parish in purpose, direction and action in religious, educational, social and economic fields. We strive to stimulate interest and usefulness in meeting the needs of the times, and to render assistance in these efforts.
The Christ the King Council of Catholic Women (CTKCCW) is led by an elected Board. Their work is accomplished through the organization and efforts of six (6) “Circles.” Each Circle conducts one or more service projects throughout the year. Women from all stages of life, from new mothers to retirees are represented. No Training is required to become a member. Membership in the CTKCCW is an excellent way to grow in faith, make new friends, give back to those less fortunate, and engage in fellowship with like-minded Catholic women.
